WHAT IS A PRE ORDER ITEM?
A pre order item means that the item is not available to ship immediately as it is currently in transit or is made to order. Once the item is available, it is shipped out to you. 
Pre order items are stated in the sizes.
For example if the sizes say:
Small (4/6) PRE ORDER
Medium (8/10) IN STOCK
Large (12/14) PRE ORDER 
This means that size small and large are pre order and not available for immediate dispatch, but the medium is in stock to dispatch same/next working day. 
Pre order products can take up to 10 working days. This means that for the size small or large it will take up to 10 working days, however this wouldn’t apply to the medium if it stated “in stock”.
Sometimes, pre ordered items can arrive much quicker, if we have a bulk delivery in transit when your order is placed, your items may arrive sooner than the 7-10 working days.

IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES PRE ORDER ITEMS AND IN STOCK ITEMS THEY ARE ALL SHIPPED TOGETHER IN ONE PARCEL ONCE ALL PRE ORDERS ARE IN STOCK.  
If you desperately need your in stock items, please order them separately. We do not send out in stock items and pre order items separately unless you have ordered them separately. 
If you have already ordered and need your in stock items first please email us right away and we will try to arrange for your items to be sent out separately but you will have to pay for postage for the second parcel.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHEN ORDERING PRE ORDERS WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL ARRIVE THE DAY AFTER YOU ORDER. 
IT WILL STILL TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TO BE SHIPPED, IT WILL THEN BE DISPATCHED WITH YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY METHOD OF TRACKED24.
